St. Mary’s Academy is a Catholic school established and administered by the Catholic Archdiocese of Patna. This institution is established and administered under the rights and powers granted to religious and linguistic minorities by the constitution of India (Art. 29 and 30) the principal and other religious staff is appointed by the Archbishop from time to time. The school managing committee is responsible for the execution of the school rules and policy of Patna Diocesan Corporation.

The institution is co-educational with C.B.S.C affiliated. The 1st batch appeared for the board in the year 2015. Last year total of 27 students appeared for the C.B.S.E Board exam all pass 1st Division and 10 students total above 90%. The School batch (44 students) appeared in 2016. 24 students got above 90% in all the subjects.

In the year 2020 100 % result and the topper scored 98.5% marks of the .The performance of session 2022-23 batch was excellent. Total 102 Students Appeared and all passed. 28% students got above 90% marks in session 2022-23 and the toppers scored 96.67% in year 2022.
